How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed online, via email, or by calling our catering customer service line. Details are below.

What are the hours of operation for the catering customer service line?

Our catering customer service line is open from 6:30am Mountain Standard Time to 6:00pm Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Catering customer service is monitored each weekend from 8:00am Mountain Standard Time to 5:00pm Mountain Standard Time.

 

Do you deliver?

Yes! We deliver any order of $100 or more.

 

Is there a delivery minimum?

There is a $100 subtotal minimum for all delivery orders.

 

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, there is a $15 delivery fee. Delivery fees may increase based off order amount.

 

How much notice is needed to place an order?

We ask for 24 hours notice for all catering orders, but do our best to accommodate any last minute orders.

 

Is setup provided?

Yes, we can set up for you. If you prefer to do it yourself, that's ok too!

 

Are paper goods provided with my order?

All catering orders include utensils, napkins, plates, serving utensils, cups (where applicable), etc. with all orders.

 

Can you accommodate special dietary restrictions?

We can accommodate a wide variety of dietary restrictions - vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, etc. - we have options available to suit any diet. Please reach out to our catering customer service team for more information.

 

What I'm looking for is not on the menu, does that mean it is not available through catering?

Not necessarily. We do our best to accommodate anything from our in restaurant menu through catering, with some restrictions. Please reach out to our catering customer service team for more information.

 

Is gratuity included?

We never charge an automatic gratuity and it is not required. However, our catering leads certainly appreciate any gratuity left for them.

 

What is the cancellation policy?

For orders under $300, you will be charged 50% of the order total, if canceled with less than 12 hours notice of the pickup or delivery time. For orders over $300, 24 hour notice is required to cancel. If an order is canceled within 4 hours of the pickup or delivery time, you will be charged 100% of the order total.
